HOW STRESSED ARE YOU?

WHY THIS TOPIC.  The Emotional Fitness Blog is getting a face life.  Here is our new measuring tool for rating how you life is going.

Please bear with us, when we are finished with the updating we will announce the relaunch.  For now, feel free as we go along to let us know what you like and don’t like.  Here is our new How Are You Feeling rating scale.  Remember rating your feelings of the moment help you stay in control.  We are trying to figure out how to put this right under the blog heading before the posts  begin.  What are your thoughts?

  1. Good but I think it would work better as a barometer rather than a feeling thermometer and we can take down the feeling thermometer.

    My off the cuff response.

    • By barometer you mean you want a sideways thermometer where the “sticky” type post is, instead of a vertical thermometer in the side border? I thought you wanted to be able to use the “sticky” spot for quotes and announcements instead of having a permanent graphic there ??!! 🙂

      • I know I drive you a bit crazy with my monkey mind. I did say originally the quotes, but then the idea of the sideways barometer occurred and to me that works better than the quotes. It add color, a visual, and asks a question that hopefully suggests EFT can help with that. Kat.
